Enterprise Terms

Effective date: 10 August 2026

Enterprise arrangements are based on our Standard Terms of Service together with an individually agreed Enterprise Terms Addendum and Order. These may address customer-specific requirements relating to deployment, data location, AI training, security, support, commercial terms and other agreed deviations.

The applicable enterprise terms are those incorporated into the relevant executed Order.
